1 General Terms & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to the x665 platform (https://x665.ws) and all related services. x665 is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh.

These terms and conditions are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative. x665 reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To use x665's services, users must: (a) be at least 18 years of age, (b) register with accurate personal information, (c) operate only a single account, and (d) comply with these Terms & Conditions.

2 Account Registration & Management

You are required to provide accurate and truthful information when registering with x665. If an account is created using false information, x665 reserves the right to immediately close that account and forfeit all associated balances.

Account Registration Rules:

• Each person may only operate one account. If multiple accounts are created, all of them will be suspended.
• Keep your account password strong and never share it with anyone. You are solely responsible for the security of your own account.
• Operating an account on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
• The name and identity on your account must exactly match your payment method.
• A copy of your national ID or passport may be required for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.

3 Age Verification & Minor Protection

X665 strictly enforces an 18+ policy. Use of betting or gaming services by minors is strictly prohibited. Date of birth must be provided at registration, and x665 may request a government-issued ID for age verification at any time.

If it is found that any user has accessed an account while under the age of 18, that account will be immediately closed and all deposits will be refunded, but any winnings will be forfeited. Parents and guardians are advised to ensure that minors cannot access this platform.

4 Betting Rules & Conditions

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on x665. Violating these Terms & Conditions may result in bet cancellation and account suspension.

General Betting Rules:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. However, where x665's cashout feature is available, bets may be settled early under specific conditions.
• Odds in live betting can change at any time. The odds at the moment of bet submission will apply.

• Any bet found to be connected to match-fixing or irregular activity will be considered void.

5 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

X665 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking services. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Terms:

• Minimum deposit: ৳50. Maximum deposit: ৳5,00,000 per day.
• Deposits are credited to your account instantly. In the event of a technical issue, this may take up to 1 hour.
• The name on your mobile banking account must match the name registered on your x665 account.
• Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawal Conditions:

8 Account Closure & Suspension

X665 reserves the right to close or suspend any account for any reason, particularly in cases of terms and conditions violations. Users may also close their accounts at any time of their own accord.

• To voluntarily close your account, please contact customer support.
• Any pending bets will be settled before the account closure takes effect.
• Any valid balance may be withdrawn before account closure.
• If an account is closed due to rule violations, the remaining balance may be forfeited.

11 Dispute Resolution Process

For any disputes or complaints, please contact x665 customer support first. We aim to respond within 72 hours. If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided, there is an option to seek a further settlement through discussion.
